Our Mission Statement

We will be professional in all aspects of business, from our polite telephone demeanor to the prompt scheduling of service calls, to the reliable, expert, and courteous completion of the repair. We will use tool pads to protect appliances and shoe covers to protect the floor when we are requested. We are a new generation of service that utilizes technology to help get appliances up and running again in a minimal amount of time by carrying a great parts selection on our trucks and by having access to a network of national distributors to get special-order parts in as quickly as possible. We will explain the science of the appliance to help our customers understand what is wrong with them and what is needed to fix them. We will guarantee our work. We will become the nation's standard of excellence in service by treating our customers like they are part of our family owned business.
